I work with SNV, one of the world's leading international development organisations, where I design large-scale programmes and build the funding strategies that bring them to life. That means mobilising multi-million euro resources and forging the partnerships that make real change possible. I also sit on the board of directors of Fora, a Canada-based global organisation, and I advise organisations on making sustainable impact. My work sits at the intersection of finance, law, and sustainable development.
Everything in the book came out of this work, including the four dimensions I kept coming back to on every programme I have designed.
